Postage, Payments & Returns
Postage & Shipping
All orders are posted within 3-5 working days of purchase. I pack every piece by hand with care - each item is individually wrapped in tissue paper, surrounded by biodegradable packing material, and placed in a sturdy cardboard box.
I use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all UK deliveries. This means your order will usually arrive within 2-3 working days of dispatch, and you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
UK shipping: A flat rate shipping fee is applied at checkout. Orders over a certain value qualify for free delivery - the current threshold is shown in your cart.
International shipping: I do not currently ship outside the UK. If you are based overseas and would like to discuss a special arrangement, please get in touch via the contact form and I will do my best to help.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. I never see or store your card details - everything is handled directly by Stripe's payment platform, which is used by millions of businesses worldwide.
I accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available at checkout for a faster experience.
Prices are displayed in GBP (British pounds) and include VAT where applicable. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged - there are no hidden fees.
Returns & Refunds
Because every piece is handmade and one of a kind, I am unable to offer returns or exchanges on change-of-mind purchases. Please look carefully at the photos and read the description before ordering.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. I will arrange a full refund or replacement where possible. Pottery is fragile by nature, and while I pack everything with great care, accidents can happen in transit.
Not as described: If you feel an item is significantly different from its listing, please get in touch and I will work with you to find a fair resolution.
